The already established German Cinema film festival will again bring the best German movies to several cities in Indonesia this year. By presenting a selection of the German cinema landscape, the one-week festival aims to inspire Indonesian audiences as well as encourage an interest in German films beyond the usual blockbusters. In 2014, the festival drew more than 18000 visitors. As in previous years, the festival will be attended by renowned German film stars – last year, Nina Hoss and Fritzi Haberlandt visited Indonesia.
