Combining various artistic aspects, 280 Festival Chapter One will be a festival like no other. The name itself is taken from the word ‘To-A-T’ which means ‘To get attention’ and then is simplified to ‘280 (Two-Eighty/ To-A-T) After their initial concert in 2001, this year, ASH, a band with Northern Irish Alternative Rock genre will be back in 280 Festival as the only one international artist. Along with ASH, there will be local musicians such as Maliq&d’essentials, EfekRumahKaca,  PandaiBesi, Neonomora, The Aftermiles, Sierra Soetedjo, and Rock n Roll Mafia.
