ICONIC HIP-HOP ARTIST AND HOLLYWOOD ACTOR MOS DEF TO PERFORM AT POTATO HEAD GARAGE ON SATURDAY 14TH JUNE 2014

Potato Head Garage, the hub for PTT Family’s Saturday Party Series will be hosting Mos Def on Saturday 14th June 2014. Regarded as one of hip-hop’s most introspective and insightful artists Mos Def’s career has transcended music genres. In addition to his numerous critically acclaimed album releases and collaborations, Mos Def has also become known for his acting in Hollywood films and TV series. He has appeared in the long-running TV Series Dexter as well as blockbuster films including The Italian Job and The Hitchhiker’s Guide to The Galaxy.

Mos Def joins an illustrious list of internationally acclaimed performers that have made Potato Head Garage’s Saturday Party Series a force to be reckoned with in Jakarta’s cultural and entertainment scene. With over 3500 people attending the latest ‘Peaches and Cream’ event and DJ A-Trak performing at the last ‘Press Play’ event, Potato Head Garage goes from strength to strength.

In addition to his performance at Potato Head Garage, Mos Def will be seen at the world-renowned Potato Head Beach Club the night before, Friday June 13th.
