This seminar features the new types of leadership, by using the key concept as “trust”. Leaders are by its definition given “trust” by the followers. However in today’s society, leaders who also give “trust” to their followers seem to receive more support by the people; Such as the example of Mr. Jokowi, new Governor of Jakarta.
The aim of this seminar is to feature the fellows who participated in the Invitation Program in the past 3 years, listen to what they have learned, and what their perspectives are for the current situation of Indonesia, Japan, and wider Asia region.
