The iconic Italian villa from the Oscar-nominated film “Call Me by Your Name” has announced to be available on the market through House & Loft website. Located in Lombardy, Italy, the villa where Elio (starring Timothee Chalamet) and Oliver (starring Armie Hammer) spend their summer with, will be up for sale for 1.7 million euros or around 2.7 million US dollar.

Before filming the movie, this place had been a fortress in the 17th century which later the director, Luca Guadagnino transformed with the touch of 1980’s details. This villa completed with eight bedrooms, seven bathrooms, as well as beautiful ceilings and outdoor facilities.

Guadagnino himself told that he knew the house long before he directed the movie and confessed that he is always dreaming of owning the house. Although he did not actually buy it, Guadagnino believes that he will forever own the house as he did feel the same to the mansion from his previous movie “I Am Love” filmed in Milan.whiteboardjournal, logo
