After three years of silence, one of the influential electronic artists, Vtgnike which labelled under Moscow’s underground electronic music label Gost Zvuk, has released his first full-length album titled “Bandcamp Bundle 2017” in the middle of last year.

This year, Vtgnike came up with his brand new track called “The Healer.” This record also followed with such mesmerising aerial video produced by Ildar Zaynetdinov, the founder of the label itself.

This 3 minutes video shows some of the architectural landscape, including Soviet-bloc apartments of the southwestern region of Moscow and other natural scenery by using aerial drone footage. Supported by the delicate ambience track from Vtgnike, this video invited us to fly around Moscow’s Konkovo and Teply Stan districts.

Although this video looks effortlessly pleasing and straightforward, Ildar stated that various symbols are lying inside the video. Such symbols are related to the previous album cover “Real Love Doesn’t Have Past Tense” where the bird’s flock can be seen flying around the background. Besides, in the ending scene, there is people dancing inside the building and holding a little light, which in fact one of the closest friend from the label. Zaynetdinov briefly explains that this meant to show that the video was made by them and dedicated to them without any doubt.whiteboardjournal, logo
