We are looking for a driven marketing officer to join our team of creative content generators for multifaceted online publication. The ideal candidate will possess a brand-smith attitude, top-notch communication skills representing the brand, editorial thinking, proficient in a fast-paced creative environment and has experience in professional client-servicing. A solid understanding of youth culture and how it’s relevant to the current global trends and issues is a plus!

Requirements:

– Bachelor degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or equivalent
– 2+ years of digital/social media/communications experience, preferably from a multi-national corp setting
– Prior experience in developing 360 campaigns (please provide specific examples and your role)
– Familiarity and knowledge of Analytics, Tracking, and Social Media Monitoring Tool
– Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator
– Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and oral communications in Bahasa Indonesia and English
– Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well
– Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
