It’s no secret that Boston is home to some of the country’s best hardcore/punk bands. With that being said, I’d like to focus on one particular figure who’s undeniably passionate about music especially within the hardcore & punk spectrum, yes it’s none other than Patrick “Pat” Flynn. His sheer positivism, lyrical talent, charged energy & stage presence uplift the music even higher, putting Boston on the map again and again, just like how he translates his humane expression through every projects he’s involved in so far, including defunct Boston’s semi legend Have Heart. His affair with music doesn’t end, instead he keeps on lightning up the fire with the birth of bands like Wolf Whistle, Sweet Jesus, Fiddlehead, Clear and the latest one, FREE.
