Jimmy’s Hall (2014)
UK

Political activist Jimmy Gralton built a dance hall in rural Ireland as a place for youngsters to gather. When the hall grew in popularity its free-spirited reputation came to the attention of the church and politicians who forced Jimmy to flee and the hall to close.

A decade later Jimmy returns. The hall stands abandoned. Jimmy decides to reopen the hall and in doing so he makes himself an enemy of the establishment again.
