Wacana Kehidupan bersama Mahfud Ikhwan

Mahfud Ikhwan adalah penulis yang dikenal gemar membawakan wacana kehidupan rural dalam karya-karyanya. Novelnya yang berjudul Dawuk (2017) diganjar penghargaan Kusala Sastra Khatulistiwa. Di tahun yang sama, ia merilis sepasang buku bertajuk Aku dan Film India Melawan Dunia yang berupa kumpulan tulisan perihal sinema India. Whiteboard Journal lantas menyambanginya untuk berbincang soal karya-karyanya, sosiologis pedesaan dalam fiksi, dan film India.
