As I was making this mix, the term “Red Eye” suddenly came to mind (for no apparent reason, really). Three things come to mind when I think of red eye: one, an early morning flight (red eye flight), two, a Candiria song (Red Eye Flight), and three, the double espresso and black coffee combination we used to serve at the bakery I worked at (called a red eye). This time the mix is filled with music that I believe are quite soothing, a little bit energetic, but never spastic – something that can hold you attention but will make for great background music as well.
